NICE TO MEET YOU!
How it all started? Well, for that story, we’ll have to go back a long way. As a child, I lived with my parents near the Gloso Circuit in Arendonk. Soon enough, the roaring engines drew my attention, and my love for autocross and motocross was born.
Capture the moment
In the meantime, my passion for photography as an art form was also developing. Seize the moment. No two images are ever the same, certainly not when it comes to action sports.
The amateur kit I used then has gradually been replaced by professional equipment. And my sphere of activity has also expanded significantly. You will no longer only find me on the edge of the European MX circuits. Other action sports, such as ice hockey and BMX, are now also on my schedule. And you can call on me for team and sponsor shoots, too.
Stand out
No standard images – there are enough of those. No, I go for originality & creativity. The coolest panning shots. Feeling and tasting the action. Finding those spots around the circuit where no one else is standing. That is Tim Van Echelpoel.
